Shipping Costs & GST:

  1. Experience the convenience of free shipping to most Australian locations.
  2. A 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is already incorporated into all order totals.
  3. If your area is subject to a Destination Surcharge by the courier company, it will be automatically applied during checkout. Shipping costs are based on item weight and dimensions, with larger items potentially incurring additional postage charges. Certain remote or offshore zones might require extra postage fees, and a few might not be serviceable for delivery. If this situation arises, we'll reach out to you for confirmation before proceeding. Please review your messages attentively before dispatch.

Shipping Destinations: We exclusively ship to addresses within Australia.

Shipping Methods: All orders are dispatched via either Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates:

  • We're dedicated to shipping in-stock orders promptly. Typically, orders are dispatched on the same day or the day after your purchase. While most orders ship within the next business day if items are in stock, please note that variations might occur due to specific circumstances.
  • Credit card payments result in billing within 24 hours. Items usually ship 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. If you've ordered multiple items with distinct delivery destinations, they may be shipped separately.
  • Force majeure instances, like extreme weather, might lead to order processing delays. However, we're committed to fast-tracking your order as soon as conditions permit.
  • While every precaution is taken to prevent shipping-related product damage, incidents can still occur during transit. If your item sustains damage during delivery, proceed to "My Orders" to apply for a refund or return within 3 business days of delivery. Remember to document visible or operational damage with detailed digital photographs to expedite the process.

Please note: Shipping to rural and remote regions could entail extended delivery times.

Order Tracking: With each order, you'll receive two key emails:

  1. Order Acknowledgment Email: Upon placing an order, an email will confirm your order details.
  2. Shipment Confirmation Email: Once your item ships, this email will provide your order number, carrier details, order timestamp, status update, and package tracking numbers. For real-time tracking, head to the carrier's official website. You can also visit our 24/7 online Order Status page by signing in to your Aussies Market account.

Important Points:

  1. Shipping Address: Ensure accurate shipping details before payment, as this is where we'll dispatch your order.
  2. Return Shipping: Regretfully, we're unable to cover return shipping expenses after items have been dispatched.
  3. Inside Delivery: Please note that we don't offer inside or upstairs delivery services.
